Clean Up Events
CQUniversity has again partnered with Clean Up Australia, as a Platinum Business Supporter, to clean up, fix up and conserve our environment. Events will be at various location held across Australia and we encourage teams to Step Up to Clean Up this July 29!
If you are interested in helping CQUni Clean Up Australia you can join registered site near you! Or just show up to event on your CQUni campus.
Business Clean Up kits for 10 people are available from your head office in each state and we encourage you to register a Clean Up location by clicking the button below. Each location requires a Site Supervisor to be nominated and we suggest teams of 10, though multiple teams can Clean Up around one area. When you register your team please say “CQU + your location”, ie: CQU Canberra and send an email to sustainability@cqu.edu.au to confirm you have registered.
Your site will appear as a pin on the Hub page map and your site team and location ’tile' will appear below the map.
If you have any questions regarding CQUni’s participation in Clean Up Australia Day, please contact your nearest CQUni campus in the first instance, otherwise contact Shane Anstee at sustainability@cqu.edu.au
Please remember to bring a water bottle and wear closed in shoes. If you have a CQUni shirt or hat, please wear them on the day!
