I am a resident of Bar beach/Cooks Hill suburb and walk daily on the Bar beach. I see lots of paper cups and takeaway packaging left over by people. I feel very sad to see that people do not dispose off these rubbish in the bins which is close by. I know that this rubbish will eventually fly off to ocean and may affect the sea-life.
As a local resident, I wish to see the Bar beach and nearby area clean, and so I would like to volunteer on regular basis.
