The Great Spring Clean Up at Golden Beach
Night Eyes Water and Landcare is calling on all locals to join The Great Spring Clean Up at Fraser Park, Golden Beach on Sunday 26th October between 8:00am and midday. This is your chance to directly help keep our stunning foreshore and waterways pristine.
We need volunteers to collect litter/rubbish from both the land and water’s edge/beach, ensuring the health of our local ecosystem and the safety of our wildlife. This is more than just a clean-up; it's a way to show you care about the place we call home.
Everyone is welcome to participate! Whether you're an individual, a family looking for a meaningful activity, or part of a local group, your help will make a huge difference. You can walk as far or near as you like along the foreshore or surrounding streets. Just register with Night Eyes at Fraser Park before your start.
The event is wheelchair and pet friendly, so everyone can join in the effort. As a special thank you for your hard work and community spirit, all volunteers will be treated to a free sausage sizzle after the clean-up. Come lend a hand, enjoy the camaraderie, and help us keep Golden Beach beautiful for generations to come.
