Mazenod College is committed to empowering students with the tools, knowledge and opportunities to become agents of change in caring for our common home, in line with the call from Pope Francis in his encyclical, Laudato Si.
In responding to this commitment, Mazenod College is partnering in 2025 with Clean Up Australia Day to host a series of litter blitzes around the College grounds and the surrounding Freeway Reserve.
This initiative will kick start the 2025 Mazenod College Ecology and Sustainability calendar, being the first of several whole school interventions planned for 2025 and beyond aimed at aligning College practices with principles of sustainability and ecological stewardship.
