We will be cleaning up Hoskins Park as part of a registered Clean Up Australia Day activity.
The whole group is invited: Cubs, Scouts, Venturers, Rovers and family members.
Our group is "adopting" our local park that we use regularly for outdoor activities.
This is to raise our visibility in the local area, as well as demonstrate civic and community connection.
The event will conclude with a BBQ lunch and some park games.
The group will provide some sausages (meat and veg) and fruit platters.
We ask a $5 donation to cover costs.
Please wear enclosed shoes, hat and sunscreen. Bring snacks and water bottle.
We will have gloves, rubbish bags and a sharps container.
Participants will be asked to register on arrival to be covered by CUAD insurance.
