Lynbrook Parks and Waterways
Each year Lynbrook Residents Association conducts a clean up of Banjo Paterson Reserve Lynbrook, its wetlands, waterways and walking tracks adjacent to the Cranbourne Railway line. We have on average 20 or more volunteers conducting the clean up and typically fill 15-20 large bags of rubbish.Lynbrook Residents Association provides free chilled water for its volunteers and afterwards a free sausage sizzle lunch. After the event Casey council collects and removes the filled garbage bags as well as any large loose items that can't be bagged. Lynbrook Residents Association has appropriate COVID plans in place and inducts volunteers prior to the event in safe work practices and First Aid procedures.
